My wife and I had such a wonderful experience working with Ian while searching for a rental home in Foothill Ranch. From the very first showing, he was incredibly kind, professional, responsive, and always happy to answer our many questions. Thanks to his help, we were approved for a beautiful home that we absolutely love. What really stood out to us was that his support didn't end once we got the houseaEUR"he has continued to check in, make sure everything is going smoothly, and has been so thoughtful throughout our move-in process. We are truly grateful for all of his help and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to rent or buy a home. When the day comes for us to purchase a home of our own, he'll be the first person we call!!
