Jeanie was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgeable of the process and gave insightful information. She took time to show me what to look for when viewing homes, like possible foundation and flood issues. Whenever we went to look at homes, Jeanie always had a few more homes to view that met my criteria. She made sure I had options and that I considered all of them. She never rushed the process or pressured me to make a choice. In addition to her experience, her communication throughout the entire process was more than amazing. She was always available, returned every call within minutes, and kept me updated with any and all information as she received it. If I couldn't get a hold of the lender, Jeanie was on the phone trying to get an answer to my question. All I received during the process was patience, knowledge, understanding, and constant communication. I couldn't have asked for anyone better than her. She made my first time buying a home such a smooth and painless experience. I would recommend her to everyone, especially since I plan on using her again in the future.
