SERHANT.

When we decided to move, after becoming empty nesters, we knew that we had to call The Caren Team! We have worked with Matt and Shalin in the past, and have had great results! Plus, they have excellent communication skills, are extremely thorough, and are responsive to emails, calls, and texts. We will continue to choose The Caren Team because we know that we can count on them to get the job done!

From beginning to end, Tanya was wonderful to work with when selling our home. As first-time sellers, she answered all of our questions and communicated often with us throughout the whole process. She made the whole process seamless and sold our home crazy fast! We couldn't have asked for a better agent to handle the entire process. Can't wait to work with her again to by my next property!

Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness

BEST DECISION you'll make for real estate is Tanya Toliver and her team!! It was such a pleasure dealing with a fantastic realtor. She was there every step of the way. My parents needed help moving and Tanya and her team were extremely responsive to their needs and helped them pack and move. They did a wonderful job going above and beyond what any other realtor would do. She was a huge help for my parents selling and moving.

Tanya has been such a pleasure to work with throughout the home buying and selling process! She is very professional and knowledgeable. She has great follow up and her response time to all of our questions was always so quick! I will always recommend her to anyone looking in the market and I look forward to working with her again in the future.
