Kara is a great agent who helped during the process of selling my property! Even when I had to go theu the probate process. She stuck with me until we got the property back on the market and sold! If I had other property to sell, I would definitely ask her to be my agent again!

Kara is the absolute best!! As first time home buyers, she was so patient and explained everything to us in detail. She was always happy to chat things out, and we never felt any pressure from her at all. We looked for a house for over a year with her and she was never pushy. It felt like she genuinely wanted us to find the right thing, and we did! Thank you Kara

We recently had the good fortune of working with Kara when buying our home here in Mar Vista. From the start, she was professional, courteous, and a great advocate. She knew what specific questions to ask, knew how to manage our expectations of the process, and had a multitude of resources to support homebuyers. When things got challenging in escrow (as they inevitably do), she advocated for us on multiple fronts to make sure we got what we needed and that key points of the agreement were honored so we could sign our paperwork. We held multiple cell phone calls with her in the evening to ask important questions. She answered them patiently and made sure she explained things as simply and succinctly as possible for us the first time homebuyers. Kara works hard to connect with her clients and rejoices in their big moments. We are so pleased we got to work with her and would wholeheartedly recommend her to others who are looking to purchase a home. Thank you Kara!

Wed outgrown our condo after having our first child and were ready for a change. Kara worked with us patiently over months, even talking us out of homes that didnt feel quite right (which says everything about her integrity). We ended up with a stunning new construction in Beverlywood with incredible viewsaEUR"and she negotiated the price below asking. Shes sharp, strategic, and genuinely cared about our familys next chapter. We couldnt be happier!

We needed to find a new place very quickly due to serious issues with our previous home, and it was an incredibly stressful time for us. What mattered most was finding someone we could trust, not just to help us secure a place, but to really support us through the process. Kara was that person for us. She was responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about getting us into a home that felt right. She stayed on top of everything, found great options within our parameters, and gave us honest, knowledgeable guidance every step of the way. What stood out most was how much she advocated for us. We truly felt like she had our back. She made the entire process feel so much easier than it would have otherwise, and were incredibly grateful for her help. Wed absolutely recommend Kara to anyone looking for the best realtor.
