SERHANT

Beatriz was a pleasure to work with. Not only was she so efficient in the process, she walked me through all the paperwork and made it so easy for me to submit it my application. As a first time renting in NYC, I would recommend working with Beatriz always!!

Beatriz and Matthew did a fantastic job of finding me a beautiful condo in Astoria. I wanted to move to Western Queens and they showed me excellent options that met my criteria. I highly recommend them!

I sent a tour request she called got my information told me she was going give me a call back never called back. I keep seeing new open house but no call back. Basically she just get your information and move on to the next person.

Xhorxh Buja, was an absolute honor to work with. Xhorxh's extensive knowledge on real estate was very present during his service. He made communication easy, and knew what to target. My family and I have been on the home search for about 4 years, in which for those years we have had different agents. Luckily we saw this home and we reached out to Xhorxh, he quickly scheduled it all and our family went to see it. We fell in love with the home, and shockingly enough to us, we finally found a real estate agent who quickly took initiative and started informing us about the next step. He made the process, so incredibly easy and pushed for us to have our dream home. Xhorxh, is passionate, kind, well articulated, determined, caring and knowledgeable. Today, we are in our first, and dream home thanks to Xhorxh's incredible knowledge and determination. Thank you Xhorxh Buja.

It is my sincere pleasure to share my outstanding experience from start to finish with Beatriz Moitinho and her team at Serhant. I sought Beatriz out specifically because she was the real estate agent who worked with a lovely couple across the street to rent their Brownstone apartment. They actually recommended her to me! Beatriz and her team made the entire rental process so simple and easy. The apartment was rented within one week to lovely people. Beatriz is very knowledgeable and insightful about the competitive real estate market in Brooklyn. Beatriz was always accessible and reliable, answering questions clearly and anticipating details that I wouldnt have even thought to ask as a prospective landlord in Brooklyn. Beatriz and every member of her team were transparent, respectful, and consistent from the first time I met with Beatriz to when the lease was signedaEUR"always responsive, organized, and genuinely considerate of all involved. Beatriz approached everything with the same care and attention as if the property were her own, offering thoughtful advice and looking out for both short-term decisions and long-term value. That level of dedication made a huge difference and gave me complete confidence that we were in the right hands.. I would absolutely recommend Beatriz Moitinho and her team to anyone looking for a real estate agent who is not only highly capable, but truly committed to doing whats best for her clients.
