In a word, Exceptional. We met with several realtors and was very impressed by his knowledge, proposed marketing strategy and the end result. Our house had been cleaned out and ready to list on the market but listing it just before a Winter holiday was a concern for us as the seller. The house sold for more than our asking price all within 24 hours to a qualified buyer. He facilitated closing a week earlier than originally projected which helped us as the seller as well as the buyer. Each and every document was thoroughly prepared and they kept us informed each and every step of the way. We would highly recommend Sam without any reservation and should we ever need a realtor again, he is the person we will contact.

After probably the longest sale ever I decided to put my house on the market. Sam and his team stood by waited for approximately two years until I made the decision to finally list it.
