Serene Powers Real Estate

Jessica was very responsive throughout my condo buying experience and would help me contact the building whenever I had questions. She would also frequently make trips out to the building whenever I wanted to check anything extra and accompanied me to things like inspections as well.

Jessica made the financial side of buying my home feel manageable instead of overwhelming, which is no small feat. Mortgages and paperwork can be intimidating, but she broke everything down clearly and made sure I understood exactly what I was signing and why. Her expertise was obvious from the start. She structured my financing thoughtfully and found ways to strengthen my position that I never would have thought of on my own. That knowledge played a real role in helping me close a great deal, and I know my offer was stronger because of the groundwork she laid. What I appreciated just as much was how kind and professional she was throughout. She was responsive at odd hours, patient with my questions, and never made me feel rushed or like a number in a pipeline. I felt genuinely heard and prioritized, and that kind of care makes an enormous difference during such a high stakes process. I am so thankful Jessica was part of my team. Her competence and compassion, together, made all the difference, and I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone navigating a home purchase.

Jessica indeed was very professional to help me finding my lovely apartment. She discovered our interests and needs from chatting with me and my families. She didnt push us to rush making decisions, instead, standing on our shoes to help find the right house which fits our overall needs. Last but not least, she tried very hard to negotiate a perfect price and package that I am very satisfied with her service.

Jessica is such a sweet and professional agent. She was involved all the entire process from looking for various options, until the end of the closing. Particularly, she is very responsive and willing to answer all questions and provide assistance when you have concerns or doubts. Also, she is really caring and will care about many details and remind you with some helpful advice.

Jessica has been an exceptionally responsible and hardworking real estate agent throughout my New York apartment search. She consistently followed up on every detail, provided clear and timely communication, and went above and beyond to ensure the process was smooth. Her professionalism and dedication made the entire experience significantly easier, and I would gladly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable agent in the city.
