James does a great job whether you are buying or selling. He is knowledgeable and helpful. He truly goes above and beyond in negotiating the sale. We gave sold a house and now bought a house with him and I give him my highest recommendation.

James is a great realtor. He was our realtor previously for a house we wanted to sell. He did a great job so when we wanted to buy a house as an investment, we would only use James. He went above and beyond as we live out of state so he did so much to facilitate this. I've had 2 transactions with him and have yet to meet him face to face, but he has treated me like I'm his best customer every time. I give him my highest recommendation.
