Sellstate Properties

Rhea Guadiana / Paul Aragon sold my husband and I's first house within 24 hours 8 years ago and helped us find our forever home. Rhea listen to what we wanted and only showed us the houses that had the things we wanted which is exactly what I asked for and in the price range we wanted to look in. She was very up front with us when it came to how the market was and what we needed to do in order to get into our house. No sugar coating and that what I loved about working with her. We also had her sell my Grandmother house this year. She made it very painless for her as she lives in an assisted living. Rhea brought all the paperwork to her and was very upfront and honest and helped my grandmother through what was a very difficult decision in her life to sell the house my grandfather and her built in the 70's.

Rhea, was absolutely phenomenal for us. I was the buyer who called and texted her all hours of the night and she always made me feel like I was top priority. She has helped us buy and sell multiple houses and I would never use anyone else. She always looked after my families best interest and was honest. The honesty was huge for me. She started as just our realtor, then a friend and we would even consider her family. One of the best realtors out there!

Rhea is awesome. She helped us with our house purchase. We had put out like 20 offers and Rhea had no problem getting them out ASAP. She always answered the phone whenever we called. Answer all of our questions. Was up front will the process and was very professional. I highly recommend Rhea.

Rhea is an amazing realtor and I highly recommend her to anyone. She went above and beyond for our family during our first buying experience and then again during our first selling experience. Her knowledge of and passion for working with Veterans and their families is one of the many things that we loved about working with her. However, above all else she is honest and very hardworking!
