Sellstate Clover Key Realty

With all of Mandy's outstanding help, it was a seamless transaction. She is communicative, pleasant and goes the extra mile to make sure the process gets to the finish line. I highly recommend this team and will be back for any future transactions. Thank you!!

Mandy helped us sell our 4 bedroom house after we had already moved to a new location. She kept in constant contact letting us know about open houses and gave us feedback. She helped us work with local agencies to stage the house and make sure there was foot traffic and a presence on sodial media. She went out of her way to take care of details when showing the house.

She was the most patient, determined, and all around supportive realtor Ive ever known! I felt so comfortable and at ease knowing that she was handling everything for me. Not once did I ever doubt that she couldnt get the job done. She has helped so many of my friends get into their home and I'm so honored that she could help me as well.

Shelley was great to work with! Very professional and thorough. She prepared me for listing my home and explained what all that would entail. She was knowledgeable and very quick to respond. She made the showings convenient for me and my family. I received an offer the first day and had multiple offers over the weekend. She explained in great detail each offer and made my decision process stress free. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

Mandy was on top of the listing, actively marketing from beginning to end. Her skill and knowledge overcame the other realtors general lack of attention to process and timeliness. She calmly kept the sale moving under repeated trying circumstances. The end result being a happy buyer and seller. Thank you, Mandy.
