As a buyer looking for land, she gave poor follow up, didn't do leg work on qualifying my needs after I gave her my requirements. Sent me generic list that most didn't meet my specs on least amount of acreage and area location, things important to a purchase, ask for better list, received no reply, for this I chose not to let her represent me.
