Sell4Free Welsh Realty

I am so grateful we were able to work with Brenda to sell our home. She was very helpful, gave advice as we needed it, and answered all of our questions. As first time sellers we had little knowledge of the process, but thanks to Brenda everything went perfect. I cannot recommend her enough!

Brenda is extremely helpful and knowledgeable for us as out of town home buyers. She was patient and very personable, we really enjoyed our home buying experience with her!

Brenda is fantastic to work with. We bought our first home through her and she made the process as easy and stress free as possible. We also sold our home through her, and she was able to get it done fast. With Brenda youre not just another client, youre family.

I have had the pleasure to work with Brenda on several occasions- both selling and buying homes. She is always professional and knowledgeable. Brenda has excellent relationships in the community and provides sound advice and professional recommendations. Brenda is friendly, honest, and strives to accommodate the needs and wants of her clients. She is a pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to use her again in the future.

Our most resent experience with Brenda she helped us sell a rental house we owned. She gave sound advise regarding improvements, staging, pricing, and local contractors. The whole process was pleasant. Not to mention, the house sold for more than we expected in 48 hours.
