Sell High Pay Less Realty, LLC.

Jorge not only sold my house, but is helping me acquire my new home. Years ago he did the same for my sister and recently my daughter purchased her home with Jorge?s assistance. Jorge makes himself available to his clients seven days a week and answers your calls and texts within minutes. Recently on a Sunday, I saw a property I liked on Zillow, I called him and told him I wanted to go view it. He said, ?I will be on my way in ten minutes and meet you there.? He did and that?s the property I?m hoping to be moving into soon. I will always be grateful to Jorge for his professionalism, integrity, and support throughout this process.

Yes, very knowledgeable and professional in helping us find the right property. He was all the way with us from the beginning to the closing. He went beyond the closing date by a few days to find out if we were satisfied and if there was anything else where we needed help. Thanks Jorge. Keep the good work. Alberto & Mireya

Jorge Ferrer very responsive and intelligent in the sale of homes he worked tirelessly to make sure we had a lot of showing and made sure he got feed back from other realtor after showings. Will recommend Jorge to anyone in the market for a house ..

Jorge is a pleasure to work with! He?s knowledgeable, dependable and thorough. Jorge is excellent at keeping you informed of the selling process. He responds quickly and he also assisted me in sorting out several challenging issues that came up prior to the sale. I highly recommend Jorge Ferrer .
