Selective Realty Group

I have worked with Jack for many years, which I've bought and sold many personal and Investment properties while utilizing his experience and negotiation skills. His knowledge for Central Florida Real Estate Market is unsurpassed as well as the tools and technology he brings to the table, makes the buy/sell process stress free from contract to close! I highly recommend Jack and his team if you're looking to buy, sell, build, rehab, relocate or invest in the Central Florida Real Estate Market.

Jack and Hal were very responsive. highly professional and hands on throughout the whole process. They treated us like family. We would contact them again in the future should the need arise to buy or sell our home.

All to often in todays society we are quick to point out the negative/bad experience we have but rarely take the time to write or verbally share an experience that went above & beyond. Jack was hired to sell my recently deceased fathers home. Jack not only was very professional & responsive to our needs, but also took into account that our emotions were raw & he made the sale of this home as painless as possible given the circumstances. The house was sold very quickly & for price we were all expecting. Jack was thorough in his original walk thru pointing out some minor changes he felt would increase the eye appeal, as well as value. My brothers & I were very happy with the service & quick responses in getting the home sold & highly recommend Jack Luiz for all your real estate needs.

Hal worked with me while I was out of state and he did an awesome job. So happy he was my realtor. He stuck with me for over a year and through multiple loses to cash offers. He never gave up and helped me to never give up too.

12 years ago Jack Luiz guided me in the purchase of my first home, and when it came time to sell this same home, Jack was the first realtor I thought of calling. From the date of listing to the day of closing, a short 45 days was all it took for the seamless process that Jack and his team provided to unfold. Weather buying or selling again in the future, Jack Luiz lll will again be the first call I make.
