My Fiance and were first time buyers, and had been looking for a place for some time. We were lucky enough to be assigned to Elza as our agent when we decided to tour a particular listing. Elza was very friendly and approachable, she answered all our questions promptly and gave us a great rundown of the property we were touring. We later found another listing and asked her to show it to us. Elza went out of her way to accommodate our ask to tour this new property we found. She made an appointment around our schedule which was wonderful! After seeing the place we decided to make an offer on this new property. Elza helped us through every step from making the offer, scheduling a home inspection, getting through all of the paperwork, answering all of our questions along the way. Given that we were first time home buyers, we had a lot to ask. Elza did not skip a beat and was very thorough and forthcoming with the whole home buying process. She was always punctual with her communication and got back to us in a timely fashion with any query we had. In the end, after having purchased the property and moving in, we felt that the whole process went as smooth as it did thanks in great part to Elzas help and her professionalism. We highly recommend Elza for any real estate endeavors!
