With all of the agents/brokers in my community George Wonica breaks the mold when it came to looking out for my interests as a seller. From the moment my father passed away to the closing George was always responsive and available and when some issues arose he handled them calmly and explained everything. George also went out of his way to be a mentor to my son, who dabbles in real estate part time. Anyone who doesnt use George Wonica for their real estate needs does themselves a great disservice.

George made the very stressful selling process of my recently deceased loved ones home much more bearable. He was patient in answering my questions, taking my suggestions and navigating me through the process. Georges quick responsiveness to calls/texts is impressive.

George Jr helped us immensely with an out of state sale. We had numerous obstacles to overcome, and did so while also achieving a very successful financial outcome. George Jr anticipated needs and headed off problems before they could develop. He is an outstanding professional, friendly and courteous We HIGHLY recommend him!
