Seaglass Properties Wilmington LLC

We lucked out by having Chris being both our agent and navigator in finding the right home for us. Chris made everything easy, very streamlined while juggling both our needs and the sellers. In addition to being completely up to date on all legal requirements by us to be met, Chris was always available to answer any questions or concerns. Chris is also very personable with a natural engaging personality. A Good guy!

Working with this real estate agent was one of the worst experiences we have ever had. From the beginning, communication was terrible aEUR" calls and texts went unanswered for days, important details were constantly overlooked, and every step of the process felt disorganized ! Deadlines were missed, information had to repeated . If you want someone reliable, responsive, and trustworthy, look elsewhere. I would never recommend this agent to anyone. His lack of poor communication and knowledge of his job caused everything to be delayed . His carefulness ending caused our family to be delay from a closing 5/7 to 5/11 . We had to get a rental and several days our home was packed in not one but two uhauls . Save yourself time , stress and less finances . Avoid him if all possible . Chris I highly recommend you taking some continuing education to brighten up your skills and to save your future !

Chris was fantastic, truly a smart, caring and diligent professional. The entire home buying process is so overwhelming; negotiating a good deal, not paying too much, making sure your offer is accepted, getting a competitive mortgage, etc. From the start, Chris was always quick to answer my calls and had answers to my questions, once I narrowed down my search he put together a game plan and guided me through the process seamlessly. He took care of everything, his knowledge of the area and the process left me at ease. I felt confident he would get the job done and I couldnt be happier with his results. I endorse Chris without hesitation and know when friends or family need a real estate expert he will take care of them as he did with me.

Chris is an amazing Realtor! My townhouse sold extremely quick. Whether your selling or purchasing a new home, I highly recommend Chris . He is very knowledgeable, professional, polite and very personable. He responded to my emails, texts and phone calls as soon as possible and found solutions and answers very quickly. Thank you again Chris!!

This was our first time buying a house, we randomly + thankfully found Chris last year when we started looking. This process while stressful (due to the lender) was so wonderful and thats all because of Chris. The lending team made so many mistakes and Chris handled it all with patience and communication for us, was always there for all of our questions and concerns no matter the time or day of the week. I truly could not have asked for a better realtor through this process of buying a house. Thank you Chris for going above and beyond!
