I happened to do a walk in to Clark, Cramer, and Frank, and was quite fortunate to find Bob Clark in the office. I explained to Bob what I was looking for, price range, and other requirements. Bob took notes, and later that same day we looked at homes.Based on the information I provided, Bob showed us what we were exactly what we were looking for (interesting in that one of the homes he showed us on the first day, we eventually bought). He then listened, refined our search the next day.With Bob's help, we were able to find exactly what we wanted, at the price we wanted to pay. The most honest and faithful agent I have had the pleasure of knowing. I've purchased millions of dollars in property, dealt with over 30 agents over the past 30+ years, and Forest was the first to actually side with me on what I really wanted. Absolutely no high pressure to buy! He spent over 6 months looking at properties for me despite me being 6 hours away, and truly wanted to get me into the 'right' home, not worrying at all about trying to make any monthly quotas. I am still working with him on investment property and he's just as patient as the first time I met him. Once I decided on a home, he spent countless hours negotiating on my behalf, rather than trying to keep the property price high to increase the Agency's commission.
