He helped us buy the perfect place, working over a couple of years of visits to the island until we found exactly what we were looking for.Bob was patient with my indecision, yet realistic on what I needed to do to get the home we wanted. His advice was always spot on. I am certain I was a frustrating client but he he continued to patiently work with me to find exactly what we wanted. Bob Clark was responsive to my questions and returned calls in a timely manner. His office staff was friendly and professional. He advocated for us as buyers and protected our interests. All of his recommendations for other professionals needed to get to closing were top notch and I value his opinions. While his office is in South Beach, he can show you homes all over the island. Don't rule Bob and his agency out if your target neighborhood is something other than Sea Pines. I feel very fortunate to have worked with Bob on my purchase and would absolutely call him again if we ever need an agent again.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I worked with Linda Frank from Clark Cramer & Frank in buying our new home on Hilton Head Island. I can't say enough good things about Linda as one of the very best agents we have ever worked with. We had never met Linda before and only "met" over the phone. She spent lots of time and was so patient as we worked through what would be the best fit for our entire family. I made a weekend trip to Hilton Head to look at several properties. Linda not only showed me every home I wanted to see but showed me around the neighborhoods to help us decide where we felt the most comfortable. Since we live out of town we had lots of questions as we went through the process of picking out a home and then making the offer and bringing it to close. Linda answered each and every question promptly and in complete detail. She was helpful with suggestions and always gave us time to draw our own conclusions. Linda's husband Forest also works with Clark Cramer and Frank and they make a wonderful team! I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a professional knowledgeable team to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED I happened to do a walk in to Clark, Cramer, and Frank, and was quite fortunate to find Bob Clark in the office. I explained to Bob what I was looking for, price range, and other requirements. Bob took notes, and later that same day we looked at homes.Based on the information I provided, Bob showed us what we were exactly what we were looking for (interesting in that one of the homes he showed us on the first day, we eventually bought). He then listened, refined our search the next day.With Bob's help, we were able to find exactly what we wanted, at the price we wanted to pay. Additionally, Bob was with us up to 1 hour before Closing to make sure everything was okay.If you are looking for a Realtor whom understands Sea Pines, see Bob Clark.I will use him for all my Realestate needs at Sea Pines.

She provided a list of housing choices in a variety of locations/settings which enabled us to narrow our search and spend our time productively. Linda demonstrated her excellent grasp of the various parts of the island and was a wealth of knowledge. Impressive was her "after contract" support for inspections, repair followup and coordination with legal counsel. He kept in touch for the next 3 years and in December 2012 I asked for his help to find a house. By the end of January we had completed the transaction.
