This review is LONG overdue. Mike helped me and my fiance sell our condo in South Tampa. There were three other condos on sale at the same time as ours in our complex, and we had the best closing of the three. Mike is extraordinarily attentive to detail and did an awesome job helping us set up for the showing. His photographer is excellent as well and did a fantastic job showcasing our condo. My fiance and I were truly grateful for his hardwork, and we will continue to work with him for any future sales/purchases of homes.

Mike was extremely helpful in our initial foray into buying a condo on the beach. No matter how inconvenient or unproductive, he worked through every issue. When we decided to list our house, he provided the best guidance on pricing and staging and ultimately got us to closure with the best price in spite of some challenges. Buying or selling, we'll call Mike for the best possible experience.

We started and stopped the search process once, and he gave the time needed to decide what we wanted and then helped make it happen.
