We were very fortunate to have Shannon Scott on our team. She is a phenomenal teammate with a wealth of knowledge and amazing attention to detail. Shannon made sure to explain everything clearly and capture every corner of the houses she was showing us. We were buying a house while living in Alaska, and Shannon made the work seamless, leaving us feeling comfortable purchasing a home we could not visit. She coordinated several agencies for inspections and opinions, which allowed my family to choose what we felt was the best. We cannot recommend Shannon Scott enough for her efforts, knowledge, and dedication.

While working through the process of buying a house, we had 5 time zones between us and Shannon to deal with. She made the time difference seem negligible by being available late in her day to assist with any questions, comments, concerns we may have. She utilized email, text and phone calls to maximize communication based on which medium worked best depending on the time of day. She knew we were keeping options open for both renting and buying and fully supported us in our search and we never felt pressured to focus on one over the other. When we did make the leap to buy, she clarified with us to make sure that was what we were wanting since wed expressed renting was our preferred option. After that, it was full steam ahead! Shannon made everything so easy and stress free that it was by far the smoothest, easiest house hunting experience weve had in 6 military moves, despite having the most hurdles! Phenomenal effort by all!

Shannon Scott?s expertise, professionalism, warmth, and respectful approach to our relationship was absolutely top notch. She understood what we valued in our dream home and through the whole search/decision-making/purchase, Shannon was very patient with us and ensured that we were able to look at options that fit our requirements. And though we decided to pause our search for a few months, she continued to follow up without being pushy and stayed connected with/respectful to us through some decision changes that we made. With all that said, the aspect that I appreciate the most is Shannon?s warm personality as by the end of the whole transaction, I and my family felt that we made a lifelong friendship/partnership with her.

We had a deadline to sell our house and she got it sold quicker than we couldve imagined! She was so friendly and a delight to work with. Shannon was always on top of things!

Shannon and her team are amazing. She goes above and beyond for her clients. She double checks everything to make sure everything is in order. She is knowledgeable enough in real estate and the local area to be able to warn you about possible concerns or road blocks so you can prepare. Purchasing a home is a stressful high emotion time, and Shannon was routinely checking in on how I was handling it. She knows what questions to ask you so she can help you find the perfect place for you. 100/10 would recommend and will be using her again whenever we sell this house.
