Schwartz and Associates at Coldwell Banker

We just purchased our first home, and Adam and Mandi were without a doubt the best realtors we could have ever had. We were connected with Adam and Mandi through Zillow when a house in our area popped up and we wanted to see. It was a complete luck-of-the-draw as we could have been paired with anyone. However it was some sort of divine intervention we were connected with Adam and Mandi. When showing us the original property, Adam at no point made us feel pressured or led astray. He pointed out issues he found while we toured, explained things that may or may not be problems in the future, and ensured we were aware of anything we should be. Adam also connected us with our lender, who was nothing short of amazing. Through no fault of his own, we did not get the house we toured. From then on, I felt that I really had someone on my side with Adam and Mandi. For weeks, they would show us any property we were interested in, explain everything to know about the property, the area, and the things to keep in mind should we buy. Even when he was sick, Adam was diligently working with us on finding our first home. Eventually, almost two months later, we found that perfect place. Throughout the offer, acceptance, inspection, closing, etc., Adam and Mandi were on top of it. Every referral, communication and explanation was great. Not only did we get the house, but I feel so prepared to take on this next step thanks to the hard work of Adam and Mandi. I have already recommended them to family members who plan on moving to Northern Colorado, and will happily recommend them to all of my friends who need a realtor. Thank you, Adam and Mandi, for your time, effort and kindness during this process. We are so thankful for Zillow connecting us!

Adam was great and helped me and wife to get into our first home with transparency and communication. We knew what we needed to do along the entire journey and he made the process seamless. He is a great real estate agent and even better guy. Id recommend him to anyone looking to secure a home.

They are absolutely the best , they helped listen even when i wasnt sure of what exactly i was looking for. They helped me learn what to look for and even when Adam was sick , he was still there for us always checking in and also giving us time when we needed to think over our decisions. It felt very much like a good friend helping Me find a home.

Great people, going above in anything that was asked of them. Would absolutely recommend to anyone in the market for real estate in Colorado! When dealing with Adam he's never lacking in the communication, honesty, and integrity, departments and when dealing with Real Estate and the agents in Northern Colorado that really does stand and make me feel comfortable in one of the largest purchases a family makes. Always made us feel comfortable and is a very approachable person if you feel you want something explained further or some insight into an area of the deal you don't totally understand.

As a first-time homebuyer, I expected my agent to be more proactive, communicative, and supportive throughout the process. Instead, I often felt like I had to take the lead on things that should have been handled on my behalf. There was little guidance, minimal effort to advocate for me, and the overall experience felt impersonal. I truly wish there had been more initiative and genuine care during such an important milestone.
