Staceys in depth knowledge of the area and tireless search for the perfect home for us made relocating from out of state so easy. Her excellent negotiating talents and persistence were instrumental in getting this house over other presented offers. That was only the beginning! She set up the utilities, gave us 5 star recommendations for carpeting, painters, electricians and even contacted a cleaning service. We couldnt ask for more! Best realtor weve ever had!

Stacey has been a great help through this entire process. Always easily available and knowledgeable for the various neighborhoods we toured homes in. Stacey quickly found what our taste was for the homes and was quick to recommend listings as soon as they were available. We couldn't recommend anyone better to help with home buying needs!

Stacey has been a pleasure to work with over the years. I first worked with her when I moved to the area to buy a home. Years later, when I was ready to sell and buy a new one, I decided to work with her again to buy and sell. She has a great deal of knowledge of this area and I really felt like she had my best interest in mind when showing me houses and advising me when selling.

Relocation for work. Knows area of Louisville well. Helped set up appointments to tour schools and gymnastics gyms. Quick response times to texts, calls and emails. Good communicator and listens.

Stacey was the perfect agent to help us navigate our first home buying experience. She treated us like family and patiently explained each step of the process. She was very knowledgeable of Louisville, gave us an awesome tour of each neighborhood, and went above and beyond during our visits to make sure everything was as easy as possible. She was immediately responsive to texts, answered every single one of my calls, and often acted as a liaison between me and my bank. I always felt very comfortable with each step of the process knowing that Stacey had our back. If you are looking for a realtor in Louisville, Stacey should be the first person you call!
