I was purchasing from out of state so needed local knowledge and someone who is responsive and could conduct all transactions via email and cell calls. He and his team always responded immediately, pleasantly, and with answers that considered my availability to fly in and visit the property only over weekends. He met my special requests needed as an out of state buyer without hesitation and provided expertise that I did not have. Words cannot describe the gratitude to Edward Schiff for selling a 2 million dollar land that was previously listed with three different realtors over 2.5 years.
