Brad & Anna were spectacular is helping us find the right home. I have and will continue to recommend them. High trust, great listeners, and dedicated to success of their client.

I have had the pleasure of working with Brad and Schaible Realty on multiple transactions, and I can't recommend them highly enough! Brad is incredibly responsive, addressing all my questions and concerns both before and after each transaction. During one particularly challenging moment when we decided to sell our house, an unexpected ice storm caused significant damage to our trees, leaving a daunting cleanup ahead. To my surprise, Brad showed up unannounced, chainsaw in hand, ready to lend a hand. His willingness to help during such a stressful time truly exemplifies his dedication to his clients. From expert advice to skilled negotiation, Brad made what could have been a very stressful process feel seamless and manageable. I genuinely appreciate all the support he provided, making this important decision much easier. If you're looking for a reliable and caring real estate agent, look no further than Brad and Schaible Realty!

Brad did an excellent job throughout the process of selling our home. His knowledge on the market is spot on. He was helpful in advising us on what "do do" to get our home ready for the market and price it accordingly. We sold our home quickly for what we wanted. Thank you Brad and team!
