Karolina was an absolute pleasure to work with and fun to check out houses with! She never rushed the search process since she understood that I was being "picky" finding a house that I felt suited my needs now, and possibly in the future, for medical reasons. If she didn't feel a house was a "good fit" for me, based on her knowledge, she would tell me so and her reasons. Karolina also advised me, based on the market report, on current offers in the area, and helped me make and get a better offer. She was fun to look at the different flora and fauna with.

Karolina is very professional and knowledgeable about the real estate market and the Chicagoland area. She helped my mom buy her place and did a great job for me helping to sell mine. I will definitely use Karolina again in the future and recommend her to anyone that is looking for a real estate agent.

My husband and I have had the privilege of buying and selling our first home with our realtor Karolina Franz. I believe we found her on Zillow and we are so glad we did. My husband and I loved our experience with Karolina. She made everything so easy and efficient and as first time home buyers we needed the help! She was very informative, timely, and patient. She found us our first dream home together and we highly recommend her to anyone and everyone!

Karolina was an absolute pleasure to work with during our recent house purchase. I had initially reached out to her on Instagram after seeing one of her posts about a home coming on the market. She got back to me almost immediately even though it was late and got us in to see it the next morning. We appreciated how knowledgeable she was about not only the details of the current home but also of the history of the property and the surrounding area as well. She was always there to answer our questions and guide us through the entire process. We appreciated everything she did to help close the deal and wouldnt hesitate to use her again as well as recommend her to anyone needing a realtor in Tampa.

It was a wonderful experience working with Karolina when selling our home. She is very knowledgeable about the real estate mArket and was always available to answer any questions or address any concerns. I highly recommend her to help with any real estate needs.
