Jeff Medrum is the aEURoego-toaEUR? waterfront realtor expert in S.E. Michigan. Hes responsive, knowledgeable, personable, and very professional. His marketing skills are the best Ive ever seen. You will get maximum exposure in the shortest amount of time. He got 5 offers on my house in 4 days, 2 above asking price. Closing was a breeze too. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Jeff is the best realtor I know in Detroit and the eastern suburbs (Grosse Pointes, St. Clair Shores, etc.). I've bought and sold multiple properties in the City of Detroit. He's always responsive, helpful, and fast to act on your behalf.

Jeff was outstanding. We chose Jeff to list our Grosse Pointe Farms home. He found a buyer before it even hit the market. He is extremely attentive and responsive. He handled every portion of the sale with total professionalism. We highly recommend him.

Jeff was very helpful preparing me for the sale of my home. He was always quick getting back to me when i had questions. He also made the closing process very smooth and stress free. I would highly recommend Jeff to all my family and friends.

Justin did an amazing job finding us a house. We moved to the area in search of a home quick, we send him our ideas and requirements and he got right on it. He showed us houses on the weekend and for many hours being patient with us and our needs. When we found the one we wanted he wrote up a deal and got it for us. We couldnt recommend Justin more and look forward to working with him again in any future endeavor.
