As first-time home-buyers, Orson was the best thing that could have happened to us. We reached out to him randomly with an interest in viewing a particular home, and he called us back within 5 minutes. Orson is very knowledgeable and willing to put in the time his clients need to understand the process and find exactly what they're looking for. He naturally picked up on the key features we wanted in a home and worked hard to help us find a good fit. We actually ended up in the home that Orson originally suggested for us. Orson has great network of people working with him, too. We used the attorney he recommended, as well as the homeowner's insurance company and home inspector, and were impressed by the professionalism of all parties involved. The home-searching process was very much a family affair for us, and Orson was consistently patient and welcoming of anyone who wanted to tag-along. Orson is a class act. He has a great sense of humor and was an absolute pleasure to work with. We walked away from the process with a home and a new friend.

I can not begin to tell you how professional, experienced, and knowledgeable Orson Klender is in his profession. We had the arduous task of selling our home with two small children in towe and had it not been for Orson's expertise and guidance, I would have been one very grumpy momma! The whole process went so smoothly and the credit is given all to him. Orson did not just wait for people to call. He was proactive in selling our home and he thought of all angles. He sold our home under 2 months. After finding a buyer, the whole paperwork process begins and that can be daunting. Orson made it seamless as he guided us through it, letting us know each step and what came next and what we should expect. He is the epitome of professional but without the stuffiness. And if that isn't enough, he is a really likable guy. I'd like to point out that my husband and I have had the experience of purchasing 2 homes and selling 1, so we have dealt with several real estate agents. None of the others can even compare.
