Sarah Moon Real Estate & Dunnigan, Realtors

Professional and sweet. Sold my home under crazy circumstances and handled it like a champ. I HIGHLY recommend Sarah in selling a home or finding your new one. She is the best out there! Will always tell people about her, recommend her to them highly, and would use her for sure in the future. 100% ***** five stars! Thank you Sarah!! You rock.

Sarah not only is a genuine and amazing person, she is a phenomenal realtor. My husband and I are first time home buyers and truly did not know where to start. We reached out to Sarah and she helped us with every aspect of finding a home. We told Sarah that we were not in a hurry but just wanted to be ready when we find our perfect home. Two months later, here we are in our dream home. Sarah truly knows her stuff and was able to guide us and have us give the perfect offer. Sarah makes herself available to her clients and gets to know them. You can tell she loves what she does because it translates over everything Sarah does. We are forever grateful that we got to work with Sarah Moon.

Sarah is the BEST! We bought a house in Sacramento this month and Sarah went above and beyond making us feel comfortable while buying from out of town. Sarahs background as an appraiser gave us a competitive edge with strategic bidding and negotiating. Shes smart and honest and really got to know us as people. Thank you Sarah!!!

Sarah is such a fabulous agent! I had to sell my father's home using a POA and Sarah successfully navigated a complicated sale and helped us get more for the property than I thought we would. Sarah made the whole process was simple and straight forward. She is professional, kind, and truly cares about the people she works with. I would absolutely recommend Sarah for all of your real estate needs!

We had a wonderful experience working with our realtor Sarah throughout the process of buying our home. She was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and always available whenever we had questions or needed guidance. She made the whole process feel much easier and less stressful, especially when it came to negotiations and all the paperwork. We truly appreciated how supportive and responsive she was from the beginning all the way through closing. Were very happy with our new home and grateful for all her help in making it happen. We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
