I had an extremely disappointing experience with Jennifer. She was rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional in the way she communicated with me. Instead of handling the situation with basic courtesy and professionalism, her attitude made an already frustrating situation significantly worse. When youre dealing with something as important as real estate, you expect someone who knows how to communicate respectfully and professionally, even when theres a disagreement. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at all. Based on the way I was treated, I would absolutely not recommend working with her
