Michelle worked with us on both the buy & sell side. She is very knowledgeable in real estate as well as the Horry County area that really helped us in our decisions. I would not hesitate to use Michelle for future business and strongly recommend her to others (especially those who are not familiar with this area).

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Michelle! From the very beginning, she took the time to truly get to know meaEUR"not just what I was looking for in a house, but what I needed in a home. She listened to every detail, understood what was important to me, and never made me feel like I needed to settle for anything less than what I truly wanted. I can't say enough great things about Michelle! Zillow paired me with her, and I'm so grateful they did. As a first-time homebuyer, she made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free from start to finish. She is incredibly knowledgeable and always available to answer questions. She genuinely cared about helping me find the right home. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and always had my best interests at heart. Thanks to her guidance, my first home purchase was a wonderful experience, and I learned so much throughout the process. I would recommend Michelle without hesitation to anyone looking for a real estate agent. We kinda stumbled on Michelle and took a chance with her to sell our home and buy our new home. Well.....WOW Great job Michelle! Our home sold in a fast 6 days for a great price. Michelle was absolutely on our side with the purchase of our new home. Michelle negotiated with the builder to bring the price of our new home down a large amount of money to make it affordable for us to purchase. Sale and purchase were both smooth sailing thanks t her! We highly recommend Michelle if you want a go-getter done realtor!

Michelle is amazing! She works hard for her clients to get you the best deal whether buying or selling. Both in our case. Our house sold in a day and she found us a home in around a week and got us a great deal. I won't call anyone else to buy and sell a house.
