I have never written a review on anyone or anything before but I wanted to share my gratefulness and gratitude for everything that Lydia Rodriguez did for me. I was in a dark place in my life as my mother had just passed, I was forced to sell her house & was in a panic to purchase a new place for my son. I called Lydia we spoke for about 30 min. I told her what my situation was and what I was looking for. I asked about a location that had a condo in my price range and Lydia gave me her advise based on what I had told her about my personal situation and recommended against it, Lydia was willing to show me the property but I respected her input and we marked that location off of my list.Lydia could of sold me that unit & walked away, but because she is a honest & genuine person who listened to me who cared about my situation she put me first, not the selling of a property. Lydia and I meet in person a few days later and we went to see a few properties, we ended up in Hemet, CA and I fell in love with this place it was perfect and a bit cheaper than the first property that Lydia advised against. I wanted to make an offer and Lydia wrote up the paperwork my offer was accepted. Days later I fell back into a state of depression but Lydia called me each day she made sure everything was handled and we got the condo and in April 2020 we received the keys.I know I was not the easiest client but Lydia was so professional such a down to earth person, she is beautiful inside and out. Lydia turned my horrible situation around, she kept the focus she kept me grounded, she continues to check in on me and i love her dearly for her friendship.I can not express how much Lydia has helped me she is one in a million.What impressed me about Lydia is that she honestly listened to me she felt my pain and understood my concerns and that is what she focused on. Lydia listened so well that it only took 1 day of viewing properties in person before I found the perfect place. The day I picked up the phone and called Lydia was the day I hit the jack pot, I could not have been any luckier she is one in a million.
