They did an extremely good job of assisting in the sale from getting professional photos, advising preparing the condo for shows and most importantly scheduling showings. They were a real assistance in negotiating a good sale price. When it came to purchasing the new home Carmen on at least 3 occasions traveled 2 hours to meet with us to show homes, to inspect, and do the final walk thru on our home purchase. They did an excellent job of reviewing and answering questions regarding the mountainous paperwork associated with the sale and the purchase of a home. They also provided a complete digital copy of all the paperwork. San Fernando Realty will make awesome task of selling or buyng a home much less daunting.
