The first told me how great the house and neighborhood were and that it would sell quickly at what I thought was an extremely high priceaEUR"it felt insincere. The second told me it was a bad neighborhood and that Id be lucky to get an extremely low price. Steve came in prepared with comps and landed right in the middle.
