I don't write many reviews, but I felt compelled to because of the exceptional service I received throughout my FIRST home buying process with Ashley Thorne. I was referred to Ashley by a mutual friend. I texted her one day in July 2016 and advised her I was looking to buy a house and I will be in contact with her once I was ready to start the process. Ashley reached out to me a few times since and asked if I found a lender, since this was my first time buying a home, I was clueless on how or where to start. I contacted a lender in August I found thru google and was working with him for a month or so, but Ashley explained a program that would pay the majority of my down payment and strongly recommended I contact a lender she knew that could do this for me. Although it seemed too good to be true, I decided to call the lender anyway to get the details. After reviewing my credit report I was pre-approved with a forgivable grant to pay 3.5% of my down payment. Throughout the process, Ashley was diligent, professional, knowledgeable, kind and stayed motivated to get me into the perfect home. In less than 2 months of working with Ashley, I found my house that I am IN LOVE with. Ashley's negotiation skills landed me a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, fenced backyard, renovated kitchen and bathrooms townhouse that was perfect for my small family. I am so grateful for her and would recommend anyone looking to buy a home to purchase thru her. Especially if this is your first purchase because she enlightened and kept us updated on every aspect of our home buying process. I cannot speak highly enough of Ashley and if we ever decide to sell or buy again, we'll definitely be contacting her.
