Lana did a fantastic job of selling our home. She gave us different ideas that would make the home more appealing to a buyer. With the concerns we had she was able to put us at ease. She has a great personality, and you can tell she loves people. Lana really has the best interest of the seller in mind.

Lana was a wonderful partner in our search of our new home and sale of our existing home. She listened to all of our needs, many many questions, wants and hopes and worked closely with us to find the home of our dreams. She also helped us ensure we were getting the best deal for the home we were selling. She was diligent, patient and supportive when we ran into challenges with the seller and their agent of the home we were looking to purchase and made what can be a very stressful process much more enjoyable to navigate.

Lana is a top notch professional, she is very knowledgeable about all aspects of buying and selling any property! She has a wealth of experience in the Northern VA market and helped me stage and sell my townhome with a successful contract above asking price in just three days! She will work with you through the entire process and was always available even after the property went to settlement if any need arises. I highly recommend her, you will not be disappointed!

Lana was absolutely wonderful to work with from the very beginning of the selling process. She is incredibly efficient, highly knowledgeable, and always made me feel confident that every detail was being handled with care. Lana communicated clearly, followed up consistently, and took the time to explain each step so I always knew what to expect. Her professionalism and steady guidance made the entire experience smooth and surprisingly stress-free. Thanks to her expertise and strong understanding of the market, my home sold in just 36 days, which was even faster than I hoped for. I truly felt supported the whole way through, and it was clear she genuinely cared about helping me achieve the best possible outcome. I'm so grateful for everything she did and would absolutely recommend Lana to anyone looking to sell their home. She made what could have been overwhelming feel easy, organized, and successful.
