After having a less than pleasant experience with a Zillow agent where I felt I was not listened to, felt rushed to choose, and nothing fully explained, I quit the process very discouraged. I then searched Redfin at the prompting of my sister who said Redfin had vetted agents and were quite legitimate. She was right! I happened upon Shelly's profile on a listing and reached out. She allowed me to explain the situation and then introduced herself, giving background and what she can do for me, the customer. I immediately felt at ease speaking with her and knew I could trust. Shelly was most adept at pointing out benefits and features of certain homes/areas as we searched, even customizing the search for what I was looking for. Very tireless in her pursuit of customer service. I was very pleased with the work Shelly did with us to find the best home for our needs. Shelly was professional, courteous, and most of all she listens. Those kinds of soft skills seem to be lost in some in today's world but not with Shelly. It was a great pleasure working with her. If the need ever arises, rest assured Shelly would be our agent again!
