Samson Properties

I have had multiple buying and selling experiences with Shanu. Every time I have worked with him he has provided exceptional service. He's always available and answered every question or issue I've had. His timely responsiveness and communication are outstanding. He keeps you involved with the negotiation process, and provides the best recommendations, but will always incorporate your feedback as well. Would definitely recommend and work with him again.

Our agent Shanu Srivastava was amazing! This is our first home, and he and the Bob & Ronna Group made the entire process smooth, and were very helpful with everything. Shanu is also a great problem solver and looked out for us every step of the way!

Shanu played an integral role in the search and purchase of our very first home! My husband and I had tons of questions about the homes and home-buying process, and Shanu was able to answer all our questions thoughtfully and had lots of insight. He also helped us think critically about our preferences for features within our future home that we wouldnt have thought of otherwise. Were so grateful to have worked with him and have recommended his realtor services many times already.

I've had the pleasure of knowing Shanu for many years now, both personally and professionally. I've found him to be not only very knowledgeable and experienced with many matters in real estate, but also very pleasant to work with. To anyone who is considering working with Shanu: I think you'll find Shanu to be responsible, intelligent, considerate, and professional. If you're lucky, you might even make a friend in the process!

We highly recommend Shanu if you are looking to purchase a home. My partner and I were new to the DMV area and also first time home buyers. With being new to the area, we looked in the MD, VA, and DC area for a few weeks before narrowing down to VA in order to be within our budget. Shanu was not only knowledgeable about the different neighborhoods we were interested in but also incredibly patient with us throughout the entire process. Shanu came across a property that fit our criteria and was able to negotiate a fantastic deal for us despite the red hot market. We ended up closing shortly after and used the savings on upgrades.
