The property sold in less than 36 hours with multiple offers and for thousands of dollars over list price! Kate was a pleasure to work with: Her communication with us is very satisfactory - she was reachable via phone, text, and email and notified us of documents that we needed to review and sign in a timely manner. She also was constantly updating us of scheduled showings and comments of viewers. She provided excellent staging service, using her own high end furniture and decorations and she spent a lot of time decorating our house, even working until 11PM one day to finish the staging. She worked with our handyman to renovate our bathrooms and kitchen, ensuring that the work quality was good; she even had the contractor redo some of the kitchen backsplash after her inspection. Kate is amazing! She really knows her stuff! She helped me to update and stage my house so that we could get over our asking price when we sold! She is always available and keeps her phone on and ready at all times. She helped us to find our dream home and along with our lender, helped to come up with the best offer so that we couldnt lose! This market is scary but Kate kept us on track and made it a much less stressful experience!

If I could rate her with zeros I would. Worst real estate agent I have ever met. Never returns calls. Never responds to emails. I read the previous reviews and it makes sense now that there have been no recent reviews. She was very rude to my wife, my children, and me. She spoke condescendingly to my wife and me insinuating we could not afford the property we were interested in. Instead she referred us to an African American agent and said it was her professional opinion she was not able to help us. We are an African American family. Her behavior is unacceptable in todays world. I would not recommend her if she was the only agent serving the area. We were referred to her by a relo agency and switched to a Keller agent. Do not use Bali if you want a pro.
