I recently decided to sell my town home in Fredericksburg and I needed an agent that would help me determine what I needed to do to make my home marketable within the constraints of my budget. Kate was a pleasure to work with: Her communication with us is very satisfactory - she was reachable via phone, text, and email and notified us of documents that we needed to review and sign in a timely manner. She also was constantly updating us of scheduled showings and comments of viewers. She provided excellent staging service, using her own high end furniture and decorations and she spent a lot of time decorating our house, even working until 11PM one day to finish the staging. She worked with our handyman to renovate our bathrooms and kitchen, ensuring that the work quality was good; she even had the contractor redo some of the kitchen backsplash after her inspection.
