Samples Realty Group / Exp Realty of Ca

When I decided too sell my home I explored the idea of listing it myself since homes in my neighborhood tend to sell easily and fast. After meeting with 3 different realty groups I decided to go with Samples Realty Group not wanting to deal with everything involved in selling it myself. I made the right choice. Michelle and David were very professional and helpful from signing the listing agreement to passing on the keys to the buyer. I was already in process of driving to my new home across the country when the listing started. They were very helpful in dealing with any issues that came up and helped keep the place in top showing condition. We decided that staging the home was the best thing to do and it proved to be the case. Their stager was excellent and it really brightened the home and showed off it's possibilities. In the end, I sold in a week and at a very attractive price. I highly recommend you consider Michelle and David.

We are so thankful for Rachael and all her hard work throughout this process. She was so patient with us as first time home buyers, answering all of our silly questions (sometimes more than once). She was our biggest advocate every step of the way and we truly would not be where we are today without her. Through every late night phone call and early morning text, Rachael always kept us grounded and ensured us that we were exactly where we were suppose to be. I would recommend Rachael to anyone that needs a kind soul that will help you get it done. Thank you again Rachael, for everything!

Rachael exceeded every expectation we had in a realtor. She made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth, organized, and exciting. Anytime we had concerns or questions, she responded quickly and always made sure we fully understood everything. It was clear that she truly cared about helping us find the perfect home for our needs. Her dedication, honesty, and attention to detail are unmatched. We could not have asked for a better person to guide us through this major milestone.

Where do I begin! My family and I have been working with Rachael for over 7 months to find our dream home as first time home buyers! Rachael was extremely patient and helpful on assisting us find something we loved. She goes above and beyond and even thats an understatement for all that she does! Not only is she so professional and amazing at what she does, she truly builds a friendship with you because your realtor is shouldnt just be your advocate, but your friend who you trust and are able to bond with. She is caring and very truthful about the properties she would show us, not just trying to sell some house. But she DID want to make sure she found us a HOME

I would recommend rachel to everyone.she is so humble and hardworking and so efficient in the work she does.she is always reachable for any questions and provides the best advice and is involved in every step of the process and becomes part of the family because she is more keen in finding a place that is a dream home for you and your family.thank you rachel for everything and helping us find our dream home.
