Katie Reynolds is the best out there. Her dedication and passion for her clients is outstanding. When we were ready to list our home,I told my husband I want Katie to sell it no one else. Katie did a really good job taking the time to learn about our unique situation, noting my wife and I have very different styles and needs. She showed us a wide array of properties to help us figure out our "ideal" home. Once we had identified properties, Katie was really good at establishing the right amount to offer (or not which is also very valuable); and then working with the seller to close out on what was a tricky deal, with a delayed closing.
