Alex was a pleasure to work with. He was always ready to assist in anyway imaginable and answered questions in a very timely manner. This is the 3rd time that Alex has assisted us in either purchasing or selling a house. We would and have recommended him to others that are searching.

Although the bank threw curves at me every step of the way, Alex was there to sift through their constant changes and keep me grounded and going in the right direction. He always returned my calls immediately. More than once I wanted to shuck the whole thing but Alex worked with the bank to bring this to closure.

Alex gave us great council, was very responsive to all conversations, listed 3 properties for us (and sold one right away), helped with property upkeep before the sale, helped us find lawyer, surveyor, etc.He made it easy for us.
