Sam was so great to work with. My daughter hired him when she was looking for a house and I got to know him while helping my daughter. And so we hired him to sell our house and find our new house. He took care of everything large and small. He made us feel like we were his only client, knowing he was juggling many. We had a hard time finding a house. The inventory was very low especially in our price point. We ended up having to rent and had two days to find a place to live. Sam found us a suitable apartment immediately while we were able to continue our search. Buying a house in this market you have to be very aggressive and move fast , and he was on top of everything. We also appreciated his opinion on bidding and strategy. We now have our house and gained a friend forever. Only negative is I just miss him. Thank you Sam for everything.
