Working with Carly was such an amazing experience. First of all, she's grown up in Northern California and knows the city of Sacramento and the surrounding region as well as anyone, and if you are from outside the region that's what you need in a realtor. What we appreciated most about working with her was her responsiveness and attentiveness. As many house hunters know, trying to get what you want, where you want it, when you want it, at the price you want it... is nearly impossible. And while my wife and I painstakingly tried to make decide what was the most important element to our decision, Carly was not only patient, but she also offered candid advice about the decision. She's honest, but on your team. She's urgent, when you are lagging, and calming when you are freaking out. I recall her saying things like "Let just take a beat... and sleep on this". We bought when the market was white hot and out of control- and even though she was clear that sleeping on things could cost us a chance at winning a bidding war, she was also aware that making a decision under pressure would be a big mistake. She is great at sensing when a couple is not on the same page, and navigating them through that. In short- Carly is agent that really CARES about the people. If you get to know her she is also a tremendous personality you want to know and refer. We'll buy from her again, and recommend anyone to her who wants a realtor that has YOUR best interest at heart.
