aEURoeAlexis was awesome to work with when we sold our house! She was super responsive (like, answered texts at all hours responsive), knew exactly how to price and market our place, and made the whole thing way less stressful than we expected. Her pricing strategy was spot-on aEUR" we ended up getting an offer at exactly the price we wanted to sell for. She was upfront with us every step of the way and clearly had our back throughout the process. If youre selling and want someone who actually knows the local market, go with Alexis!aEUR?

It is with great enthusiasm that I write this review for Nina Pechonis, who recently represented us as our realtor during the purchase of our Deerfield Beach coastal home. From start to finish, Nina demonstrated an exceptional level of attentiveness, professionalism, and proactive care that far exceeded our expectations. Nina made the home-buying process feel as easy and seamless as making an online purchase. She truly took care of everything?from coordinating inspections to managing communication with all parties involved?allowing us to move forward with clarity and confidence at every step. Her non-stop, ?can-do? work ethic was evident throughout the entire experience. No matter the time of day, Nina was always available, always prepared, and always one step ahead. We couldn?t be more grateful for the dedication and support she provided. Working with Nina was an absolute pleasure, and we wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in South Florida. Anyone who partners with her will quickly see why we hold her in such high regard. Brad and Priscila Rennick

Alexis and her team were amazing. We can definitely say their guidance and prep for our listing pictures in addition to their reputation helped sell our house fast. Not only were we under contract in a week from listing, we found our perfect house and under contract in a week as well. Could not have had the perfect sale and purchase with tight timeline without them. Highly recommend Alexis if you are looking to get top dollar for your house and find the perfect house.

We had such a great experience with Alexis. We were really hoping to sell my parents home quickly, and she made that happen even faster than we expected. She was so helpful throughout the entire process, always quick to respond and answer any questions we had. Whenever we werent sure what to do next or which direction to take, she was there to guide us. She kept us updated every step of the way and made everything so much easier for us. Were so happy with how everything turned out and truly appreciate everything she did. We would absolutely recommend her.
