Albert kept in constant contact during my search for a new home. He answered emails and texts with in a few minutes. He was flexible on meeting times, even at 8:00 at night. He was always easy to talk to, very knowledgeable about the listings and locations. He even had a few tricks up his sleeve to help me get what I wanted.

Albert is over the top he goes way over and beyond. I couldnt have chosen a better person. We sold our house the first day it was on the market and got what we were asking and he was great to work with....

Mr Chen is hands down the absolute best! I never felt like I was just a client. He was so helpful and did more than even what I felt like he had to do. He checked in and responded quickly. Was always happy to help in any way. Even stayed after closing to help remove trash from the home we closed on that the seller left behind. Albert is absolutely the best. I would recommend him highly!

All I had to do was point Albert Chen to a house and he handled everything. He made the process of buying a house out of state extremely simple. If you want and kind, knowledgeable, proactive realtor I recommend Abert Chen. From start to finish he is the best!

It is an extremely high bar for me to give a 5-star to a business or person. Albert exceeded 5-stars! His expertise, diligence, energy, and connections surpassed my expectations... and delivered multiple offers above asking price... quite a bit above asking price. Albert was also a complete DELIGHT to work with!
