"I've worked with Lisa on two home / property purchases, and when the next opportunity comes up, she will most certainly be who I'd choose. Lisa is extremely knowledgeable, very in-tune with the market, and just one of the most pleasant people you could possibly ask for, especially when making a major purchase like a home or property. She always stayed in contact and quickly answered and questions I had. I can't recommend high enough, she's the one to work with."

"Lisa Yako is a fantastic real estate agent. We have worked with so many over the years, and she was one of the best! Her attention to detail, great communication, and caring nature put her above so many others. We appreciate all that she did for us during the sale of our home."

"Lisa Yako's professionalism and local knowledge of Kelleys Island were instrumental in our two year search for the right property. We so appreciated her insights, her tireless support and her enthusiasm. "

"Lisa was very accommodating and knowledgeable about the market"

"Lisa Yako was extremely helpful in our situation. She was always available answer questions and concerns. Her knowledge was impressive and very helpful in navigating the process of buying and selling our houses. We would highly recommend her to anyone in need of buying and or selling a house. Thanks to Lisa the whole process was a lot less stressful than our other past experiences with buying and selling. "
