Listed a home with Cathy because of a national endorsement. Would never use her again. Was great with communication and responsiveness when getting the listing agreement then it was all downhill from there. Near closing time I checked with Cathy to make sure everything was going well and to see if it was safe to give my job 2 weeks notice and to make other living living arrangements. She ensured me that it was safe. She never contacted me to tell me the closing was delayed, I had to find out from the title company. Because of the late notice and the fact that all of my belongings were already in a truck to be ready for the move on closing day I moved to my new location which was 900 miles away and I was ensured that there would be a 2 week delay and probably less.Cathy suggested letting the buyers rent at $1100 a month for a couple of months until they could improve their credit which we were told was close. She sent paperwork letting them rent for $850 which was less than the mortgage. Turns out they had a score of just over 400 and both of them had quit their jobs which she never bothered to tell us. She sent an email stating that the buyers could not get approved then just a couple of days later she calls to tell me that she is working with a bank and thinks she can get them financed.She stopped showing the house even though there was no sales contract. She asked us why no one was showing the house even though she had it listed as sold when it was not.Service was terrible and honesty seemed to be lacking.Probable good at a simple transaction with a buyer going I want that house, she fills out the paperwork and then lets the title company take over. Anything more and you are asking for difficulties
