Jeff initially was not my realitor, I had selected another person. Jeff has a great way about him that he can contact you or send you information that is meaningful and timely without pestering you. The more I talked with him the more I realized he was the best guy for my business. He knows the vail area very well. He knowledge of the house values was within just a few thousands fo the apraised value. He literally saved my thousands during the offer and counter process. Jeff did a great job of providing recommendations for the house inspector, provided the seller with actual quotations and contacts for the repairs needed to expedite the repair process of punch list items. Jeff was focused at assuring access as required for the apraiser and repair personnel. I would definately recommend Jeff to friends and Family if the opportunity presented it self.

We had decided to re-locate from Calif. to Arizona to be closer to our daughter. We looked on Zillow and saw a house we were interested in looking at. We left a message and within an hour received a phone call back. I spoke to Lisa and she set up houses to look at the very next day. We chose a house that was a short sale, put in an offer, signed the paper work and then the wait began. Jeff and Lisa kept us informed with weekly updates and after 90 days the house was ours. We were even able to move into the house before closing thanks to their investigation as to what our options were. Jeff and Lisa are very professional and their communications skills are excellent. Jeff was persistent in the selling of our home. Our house was in a great location for us ...but a little to far out of the city for lots of people, so it was not an easy sell. He put our house in all the house for sale locaters on the internet and it came up to the front many times through out the day. So that was his big plus he marketed our house well on the internet. We had two open house and our house was not toured by the Realtors from other offices which we were disappointed about. If we called ,e-mailed, or texted him he got right back to us, but if we didn't call we didn't hear from him, unless he had some one coming to see the house. So for some people that would work well, we would have preferred him to call us more often. We also bought a house from him. We had a very short time from when we sold our house to when the new owners wanted to move in. So not a lot of time to find a house, not a big down payment, and the area we wanted to move to had less than desirable neighborhoods. So I went on the internet and found houses that I liked, he took us to see the ones that were in "nice" neighborhoods and we found the one we wanted in one weekend. Negotiations followed and we got the house for much less than it was offered. So he did his job well and we are very happy in our home.
