Our experience with Carrisa Martinez selling our home was excellent. She was recommended by a good friend who purchased a home through her. Carrisa was always accessible, gave frequent updates on the case, made the right recommendation about putting the home on the market or pulling it of. Her negotiation skills and ability to find a good solutions for all parties, which is critical in winning the deal, were outstanding. We can highly recommend her.
